gpscorrelate software package provides correlates digital photos with GPS data filling EXIF fields (command line), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gpscorrelate
gpscorrelate is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gpscorrelate package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpscorrelate *
You will get with gpscorrelate package name, version, architecture and description in a table
